Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making a booking with Safkan World Travel. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. Prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of all taxes and tolls (bridge, highway) unless otherwise stated. The quoted price is for the specific route, date and vehicle selected at the time of booking.
Payment may be made online via credit/debit card through our secure payment gateway, or in cash to the driver on the day of travel (where this option is offered). All prices are quoted in the displayed currency. For online payments, your card will be charged at the time of booking.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to appear at the agreed pickup point without prior notice) will be charged in full. To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp.
We monitor all airport pickups using live flight tracking. In the event of a flight delay, your driver will wait at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, please notify us as soon as possible and we will rebook your transfer at no additional cost.
For airport pickups, a standard waiting time of 60 minutes after the actual landing time is included free of charge. For non-airport pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included. Additional waiting time beyond these allowances may be charged.
Passengers are expected to behave courteously towards our drivers. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger is found to be abusive, intoxicated or behaving in a manner that poses a risk to the safety of the driver or vehicle. Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.
Each vehicle has a stated luggage capacity. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage does not exceed the vehicle's capacity. We accept no liability for damage to items that are not stored safely in the luggage compartment.
Safkan World Travel carries full commercial vehicle insurance. In the unlikely event of an accident or incident caused by our driver, our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance policy. We are not liable for losses or delays caused by traffic conditions, force majeure events (including severe weather, natural disasters or civil unrest), or events beyond our reasonable control.
If you need to change the date, time, pickup address or vehicle type of your booking, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a revised price.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
